  • We do not provide food, however you have access to our kitchen. It is fully stocked with everything you need to cook (pots, pans, silverware, etc).

  • Full lodge rentals available.     Cost is $900 / night + tax and includes use of the Yurt.

POLICIES + RULES

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to treat staff, guests and property with courtesy & respect.

  • At this time, we ask that there are no visitors at the AOEC outside of overnight guests. 

  • Please respect quiet hours between 10pm - 7am 

  • Please do not take what is not yours. Please only eat food that is yours. Anything labeled ‘AOEC’ is also up for grabs! 

  • Please keep your personal belongings within your own space. 

  • Please be mindful that you are sharing space with others; clean up after yourself and leave spaces as clean if not better than how you found them. 

 

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted at the AOEC with the exception of service animals. 

 

Smoking

The Adaptive Outdoor Education Center campus is entirely non-smoking. Guests who smoke must do so off the AOEC property. Products used for smoking are not to be disposed of indoors at any time. If evidence of smoking is found within a guest's room we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee as well as the nightly charge for number of nights room(s) are deemed unable to be booked. 

 

Minors 

All guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. 

 

Parking

Free parking is provided for the length of your stay. Overnight parking is for AOEC guests only! 

 

Privacy 

We will not give your information to any third parties that are not required to take payment or achieve any other booking related need.

 

Alcohol

Alcohol is only permitted at the Lodge for those 21 years of age and older. 

 

Liability

The Adaptive Outdoor Education Center is not liable for loss, damage or theft of any personal belongings while you're staying with us. 

 

Damage to AOEC Property 

We reserve the right to charge individual guests or lead guests for the cost of rectifying damage which has been caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless acts of guests to any portion of the AOEC’s property or structure. If such damage is discovered during the stay it will be drawn to the guest’s attention but if discovered after guests have departed then we reserve the right to send an invoice for the costs for payment to the registered address. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that guests would incur to a minimum. 

Late Fee 

Effective June 1st 2023, a late fee of 1 1/2 % will be charged on outstanding balances that are over 45 days old.

PLEASE NOTE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged the cost of the first nights stay plus tax. 

Cancellations within 3 days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the reservation plus tax.
